What information we collect
When you shop with us we collect the personal information needed to process your order: your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address, and order history. Payment card details are processed by our payment providers and are never stored on our servers.
How we use your information (POPIA)
In line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA), we process your personal information only to: fulfil and deliver your orders; provide warranty and after-sales support; communicate about your orders; and, with your consent, send occasional promotions. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to complete your order — payment processors and couriers — and only the minimum they require.

This site uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your session, and understand how the store is used. You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the store may stop working.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to processing or lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (inforeg.org.za). Email info@tcswifi.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable time.
