Change of mind
Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or credit. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is for your account.
Defective items
Defective goods reported within 7 days of delivery are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Thereafter, items are covered by the manufacturer warranty shown on the product page (minimum 6 months under the CPA).
How to return
Email info@tcswifi.co.za with your order number and reason. We will arrange collection or drop-off and process approved refunds to your original payment method within 10 business days.
